Office Administrator (Full-time, permanent)
We are looking for a warm, friendly and organized individual to join our team to provide administrative duties to facilitate smooth daily operations of the company.

Schedule: Monday-Friday

What you’ll do:
- Oversee all in-clinic administrative tasks
- Greet incoming clients/visitors and direct them to their rooms
- Open and close the clinic
- Order and keep stock of office/clinic supplies
- Answer/screen calls
- Book and schedule client appointments
- Proofread and manage outgoing documents
- Schedule and document staff meetings
- Maintain a professional calendar
- Maintain an organized up-to-date filing system
- Manage clinic inventory/stock levels
- Email correspondence
- Paperwork processing and distribution
- Manage client referral intake and discharge
- Maintain an orderly office
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounting duties as needed
- Data entry
- Temporarily perform additional responsibilities related to covid-19 (paperwork, supplies)
- Manage day to day operations
- Perform administrative side of special events
- Restock snack cupboard/fruit basket
Qualifications:
Required
- Experience in office management or similar role
- Proficiency in mainstream systems, including Microsoft 365 Suite and Adobe
- High level of sensitivity for dealing with confidential information
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Skilled in critical thinking and decision making
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
Preferred:
- Experience in healthcare/ rehabilitation setting an asset
- Experience in social media/ website management
- Bilingual in French and English is an asset
- Other languages are assets

Occupational Therapist (Full-time, permanent)
We are looking for a like-minded individual who is passionate about their work and ready for a challenge. Join our interdisciplinary team of experienced registered health professionals! Our team includes occupational therapists, physiotherapists, nurse case managers, speech language pathologists, social workers and rehabilitation aides.

What you’ll do:
- Assess and treat a wide-range of clientele
- Provide 1:1 treatment; sessions are in-clinic, home based, or community based
- Write reports
- Liaise with a range of third party stakeholders
- Utilize a holistic, client-centred approach and recognized models of rehabilitation
- Work with a strong team of OTs and other health professionals
- Participate in peer mentoring groups to improve collective knowledge
What you’ll bring:
Required:
- Registered and in good standing with COTO (required)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary team
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong skills in critical thinking, decision making and analysis
- A drive for continued learning
- A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
Preferred:
- At least 1 year Occupational Therapy experience
- Bilingual in French and English is an asset
- Additional spoken languages
- Additional continuing education certifications
- Experience with in-home functional and attendant care needs assessment, job demands analysis
- Occupational therapy treatment in the areas of pain management, mental health, cognitive rehabilitation, concussion treatment and work programs
